Founded in 2019, POPPS was born from both love and resilience. After experiencing the heartbreaking loss of beloved ones, the founder channelled her grief into creating a place where children could be nurtured, inspired, and celebrated. What began with just three children has grown into a thriving community of over 230 learners, supported by a dedicated team of 20 staff members.
